Senior Six Sigma consultant (Two positions)

	A minimum of ten years of industry experience with at least five years of previous supervisory
	Experience
	Five years of direct experience as a Master Black Belt/Lean Master with demonstrated success
	leading large, complex Six Sigma/Process Improvement projects
	Proven leadership to implement and manage large-scale strategic initiatives
	Technical mastery of process improvement skills such as DMAIC, Lean, process management and
	change management
	Strong business acumen with excellent powers of observation and deduction
	Outstanding facilitation skills
	Strong executive presence with excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to work with all l
	evels of a multicultural organization
	Demonstrated ability to effectively mentor senior Business Leaders, Champions, Sponsors and
	Black Belts
	Experience in delivering Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt training
	Ability and willingness to travel as required with short notice
	Must be fluent in English, other languages a plus
