east Asia region:
Senior Six Sigma consultant (Two positions)
- A minimum of ten years of industry
experience with at least five years of
previous supervisory
- Experience
- Five years of direct experience as a
Master Black Belt/Lean Master with
demonstrated success
- leading large, complex Six Sigma/Process
Improvement projects
- Proven leadership to implement and manage
large-scale strategic initiatives
- Technical mastery of process improvement
skills such as DMAIC, Lean, process
management and change management
- Strong business acumen with excellent
powers of observation and deduction
- Outstanding facilitation skills
- Strong executive presence with excellent
interpersonal skills and proven ability to
work with all levels of a multicultural
organization
- Demonstrated ability to effectively mentor
senior Business Leaders, Champions, Sponsors
and Black Belts
- Experience in delivering Six Sigma Green
Belt and Black Belt training
- Ability and willingness to travel as
required with short notice
- Must be fluent in English, other languages
a plus
